Highly transparent, flexible and elastic air dry resin clay.
Sukerukun clay can reach a maximum of 85% transparency when dry (dependent upon thickness, thicker clay is less transparent when dry).
Drying time is also dependant on the thickenss of the clay, however, typical drying time is 3-10 days. (transparancy will be increased by longer drying times)
If you find the clay is hard to work on when it comes out of the package, add a very little amount of water and knead well to your desired consistency.
You can add colour to Skerukun, however, transparancy will be reduced by this.
To achive high transparency, please knead very well and completely remove any air trapped inside the clay.
Once opened, clay will start drying, so please wrap unused clay within an air tight wrapping, however, make sure that the wrapping will not adhere to the clay during storage.
Shrink rate of Skerukun is about 15-20% when dry.
During drying process, oil will seep out from the clay. This is normal for Skerukun. You can wipe off the oil with clean tissue paper.
* Please note: Skerukun is white when it comes out of the pack, however, will gradually become transparent as it dries.
