The following “Shipping and Return Policies” may be subject to change without notice. It is recommended that users/customers check these policies regularly for any alterations that may affect their order or use of this site.

We will dispatch your order after we have confirmation of your payment in our bank/Paypal account (Please be aware personal cheques will experience a few days clearance delays, whereas bank cheques and money orders are quicker).

We will send you a confirmation email after we have confirmed your payment, advising you of the expected products dispatch date. (expected dispatch date is normally next business day after confirmation of your payment, however, please allow up to 3 business days in the event of any unforeseen events/difficulties.)

Australian buyers:

A flat postage of AU$9.90 (Registered Post) will apply for an order of a total value less than AU$100.00 (incl. GST).
For an order totalling AU$100.00 or more, we will wave postage and handling fees for delivery within Australia only.

We use Australia Post or selected courier services for shipping within Australia and expected delivery time is normally within 3 business days.
However, Manga Arts neither makes any warranty for, nor exercises any control over postal/courier deliveries (or any other form of delivery) and will not be responsible for delivery time, including any delays incurred by/within the postal system.

New Zealand buyers:

Note that a flat postage of AU$9.900 (Registered Post) will apply only within Australia.
All orders originating from New Zealand will be calculated individually (add extra postage and deduct Australian Goods and Services Tax).
From New Zealand, we take payment via PayPal only. Please place order and check out with Cheque/Money order option (although, you need to make payment by PayPal later).
Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an email with an invoice for the correct amount and a PayPal Payment form.

*Please note: You are not under any obligation to purchase your order at this point (if, for example, postage is more expensive than you expected). You can cancel your order any time prior to making payment.

International buyers:

We are sorry, however, we DO NOT sell any products in our site internationally EXCEPT New Zealand.

ITEMS OUT OF STOCK

Every effort is made to ensure that actual stock quantities are maintained and that this is accurately reflected in our website.
However, if your ordered products are out of stock at the time of order placement (even if the site states “In stock”) we will inform you quickly via email and advise you of the expected arrival time. We will discuss this matter further with you to reach an agreeable resolution, if required.

RETURNS

Manga Arts will exchange a delivered product with a new one if the delivered product is found to be damaged, faulty or not the one you ordered, subject to the following conditions:

The packaging has not been opened (except in the case of goods found to be faulty)
The product has not been damaged by the customer
The customer has not used the product
The customer makes contact with Manga Arts immediately she/he becomes aware of the problem.

*Please note: If the products arrive in a damaged state, please retain the packaging.
