CONDITIONS OF USE
It is urged that all these policies and conditions be read and understood before using the services of Manga Arts and this website.
Use of the Manga Arts website and services is subject to the following conditions:
(1) Contact between Manga Arts and the customer is normally conducted via e-mail and/or notices published on
this website. Said e-mails and website notices will constitute “notification in writing” for all legal
purposes.
(2) The content of the Manga Arts website is entirely subject to Australian and International copyright
law. No part of this website may be reproduced or otherwise used for commercial purposes, as is, or, in modified form, without permission in writing from Manga Arts. All products advertised on this
site are the copyrighted property of their respective manufacturers and/or distributors. As such all
items, logos, designs, artworks, etc are protected under copyright law and subject to the owner’s
requirements for permission for any reproduction and/or commercial use. Manga Arts assumes no
liability or responsibility in any way, shape or form for damages arising from, or as a direct/indirect consequence of any content borrowed, removed, or reproduced from this website by a third party/parties, with or without owner permission for their use.
(3) SUBMISSIONS:
By submitting any artwork/material to this site the person/group/organisation making the
submission warrants that they are the legal owner of, or legal possessor/holder of rights to, said submitted
material. Further, they indemnify Manga Arts against all claims/damages arising directly, or
indirectly, from the submitted material and/or its display, as well as any disputes regarding
ownership, right of use/display or other use.
Manga Arts shall not be held liable for having displayed any such material where any dispute arises over ownership.
Manga Arts, at all times, reserves the right to remove and/or withhold any material deemed by its management to be in any way offensive, explicitly violent, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate for public display.
(4) THIRD PARTIES:
Manga Arts does not provide warranty for, and assumes no liability/responsibility for, the services/products of
third parties used in the conduct of our services (e.g. Australia Post/courier services, etc).
(5) Use of the Manga Arts website and/or services, in any form, by the customer/viewer is deemed to constitute
acceptance of all Conditions of Use, Shipping and Return and Privacy Policies and also constitutes agreement to abide by them.
