Because all stock is physically on our premises, once payment has been cleared your order will normally be dispatched the following business day.*

Free shipping for orders of $100 or more (Registered)

We will wave postage if your order is to a total of $100 or more, where ever within Australia (fully insured).

Unfortunately, we do not dispatch any products overseas (EXCEPT New Zealand).

However, we will take your enquiry regarding product availability in your country. Your enquiry will be forwarded to the Japanese manufacturer and they will answer your question directly.

Any order coming from overseas, other than New Zealand, will be cancelled.  If you have sent your payment, the payment will be refunded, taking into account any fluctuations in international exchange rates (note: fees may be deducted by third parties, such as banks, etc, for reverse payment).
