IMPORTANT

The following Shipping and Return Policies may be subject to change without notice. It is recommended that users/customers check these policies regularly for any alterations that may affect their order or use of this site.

We will dispatch your order after we have confirmation of your payment in our bank/Paypal account (Please be aware personal cheques will experience clearance delays up to several days, whereas bank cheques and money orders are quicker)

We will send you a confirmation email after we have confirmed your payment, advising you of the product's expected dispatch date. (expected dispatch date is normally next business day after confirmation of your payment, however, please allow up to 3 business days in the event of any unforeseen events/difficulties.)

Australian buyers:

Our postage commences at AU$2.50 up to a maximum postage of AU$17.60 for standard delivery within Australia only
However, if you are ordering items to a total of $100 or more in one transaction, you will receive FREE POSTAGE. .

We use Australia Post or selected courier services for shipping within Australia and expected transit time to be between 1-14 business days. However, Manga Arts neither makes any warranty for, nor exercises any control over postal/courier deliveries (or any other form of delivery) and will not be responsible for delivery time, including any delays incurred by/within the postal/courier/delivery system.

*Please note: Postage under $7.60 DOES NOT come with a Tracking number. Postage over $7.60 comes with a Tracking number.

"Signature on delivery".

Signature on delivery can be purchased at Delivery Options under the categories in the left side column.

Signature on delivery comes with a tracking number which can be tracked, online, during transport. Because the delivery person will be required to obtain a signature from the receiver, your parcel will not be left at an unattended address on the first delivery, instead, you will receive a notification card to advise of the attempted delivery.
Once you receive the notification card, you can either go to the nearest post office and collect your order (proof of identity may be required) or, where delivery is via a courier, call the courier company to arrange re-delivery.

Please Note: the above procedures are those established by Australia Post and/or other (courier) delivery services and, thus, are subject to any variations or determinations, regarding delivery, those parties may undertake. Manga Arts/Comic Art Gear is in no way responsible for, or liable for, any issue arising as a result (either directly, indirectly or inferred) of said variations or determinations.

'Signature on delivery' may minimise some scenarios of your parcel being lost or stolen, however, it cannot guarantee it, there is NO insurance cover should any such a loss occur.

"Transit insurance"

Transit insurance is optional and can be purchased at Delivery Options under the categories in the left side column.

"Express delivery".

Express delivery can be purchased at Check out .
Express delivery comes with a tracking number which can be tracked, online, during transport.
Express Delivery DOES NOT include Signature on Delivery or Transport Insurance.
If you would like to add "Signature on delivery" to Express delivery, please select Express delivery with Signature on delivery at Check out.
If you would like to add "Transit insurance" to Express delivery, please purchase it at Delivery Options under the categories in the left side column.

"Authority to Leave"

PLEASE NOTE:
Unless you purchased '"Signature on delivery", all orders will be sent as "AUTHORITY TO LEAVE. .

*Many courier companies does not accept Transit insurance without Signature on delivery.

Manga Arts, Australia post or courier companies utilised by us, are not liable, and accept no responsibility, should your order be lost, stolen or damaged during transport if Authority to leave is given.

Please DO NOT write “Authority to leave” if you wish to keep Transport Insurance.

International buyers:

We welcome international buyers!
However, we DO NOT sell any Copic brand products internationally EXCEPT to New Zealand. (Orders from New Zealand are not subject to restrictions)
Any other brands you find in our site can be shipped outside Australia.

ITEMS OUT OF STOCK

Every effort is made to ensure that actual stock quantities are maintained and that this is accurately reflected in our website.
However, if your ordered products are out of stock at the time of order placement (even if the site states “in stock”) we will inform you via email and advise you of the expected arrival time. We will discuss this matter further with you to reach an agreeable resolution, if required.

RETURNS

Manga Arts will exchange a delivered product with a new one if the delivered product is found to be damaged, faulty or not the one you ordered, subject to the following conditions:

The packaging has not been opened (except in the case of goods found to be faulty)
The product has not been damaged by the customer (subject to point [1] below)
The customer has not used the product
The customer makes contact with Manga Arts immediately she/he becomes aware of the problem.

*Please note the following:

[1] Where goods have been damaged in transit (by postal/courier/delivery services, for example) exchange of damaged goods will only occur where Transport Insurance (refer 'Shipping', above) has been purchased by the customer.

[2] If the product/s arrive in a damaged state, please retain the packaging.
